What is the principle of the two-position three-way pneumatic valve?

The two-position three-way pneumatic valve is a reversing valve with two positions and three ports for pneumatic facilities. The principle is that when the working position is different, different interfaces are connected.

In and one out: normally closed (ZC2/3) — when the solenoid valve coil is energized, port 2 leads to port 1, and port 3 closes; when the solenoid valve coil is powered off, port 2 closes, and port 1 leads to port 3;

Normally open (ZC2/3K) When the solenoid valve coil is powered off, port 3 is connected to port 1, and port 2 is closed; when the solenoid valve coil is powered on, port 3 is closed, and port 1 leads to port 2;

Two position three way pneumatic valve principle
There is a closed cavity in the solenoid valve of the V-shaped regulating ball valve, and there are through holes in different positions. Each hole leads to a different oil pipe. There is a valve in the middle of the cavity, and two electromagnets on both sides. The body will be attracted to which side, by controlling the movement of the valve body to block or leak different oil discharge holes, and the oil inlet hole is normally open, the hydraulic oil will enter different oil discharge pipes, and then pass through the oil Pressure is used to push the oily piston, the piston drives the piston rod, and the piston rod drives the mechanical device to move. This way by controlling the electromagnet. The electric current controls the mechanical movement.
The two-position three-way solenoid valve is divided into two types: normally closed type and normally open type. The normally closed type means that the air circuit is broken when the coil is not energized, and the normally open type means that the air path is open when the coil is not energized. The action principle of the normally closed two-position three-way solenoid valve: when the coil is energized, the air circuit is connected. Once the coil is powered off, the air circuit will be disconnected, which is equivalent to “jog”. The action principle of the normally open two-position three-way single solenoid valve: the circuit that energizes the coil is disconnected, and once the coil is de-energized, the gas circuit will be connected, which is also “jog”. Two-position three-way solenoid valves are generally one-in-two-out series. There is also the saying of normally open and normally closed.
