Main classification of solenoid valve

Solenoid valve main classification 1. In principle, solenoid valves can be divided into three categories: Direct Solenoid Valve: Principle: When energized, the electromagnetic coil generates electromagnetic force to lift the closing member from the valve seat, and the valve opens; when the power is off, the electromagnetic force disappears, the spring presses the closing member on the valve seat, and the valve closes. Features: It can work normally under vacuum, negative pressure and zero pressure, but the diameter is generally less than 25mm. Step-by-step direct acting solenoid valve: Principle: It is a combination of direct action and pilot action. When there is no pressure difference between the inlet and the outlet, the electromagnetic force directly lifts the pilot valve and the main valve closing member up in turn after power-on, and the valve opens. When the inlet and outlet reach the starting pressure difference, after the power is turned on, the electromagnetic force will pilot the small valve, the pressure in the lower chamber of the main valve will rise, the pressure in the upper chamber will drop, and the main valve will be pushed up by the pressure difference. When the power is cut off, the pilot valve pushes the closing member by spring force or medium pressure and moves downward to close the valve. Features: It can also operate under zero differential pressure, vacuum or high pressure, but with high power, it must be installed horizontally. Pilot Type Solenoid Valve: Principle: When the power is turned on, the electromagnetic force opens the pilot hole, the pressure in the upper cavity drops rapidly, and the pressure difference between the upper, lower and upper parts is formed around the closing part. Fluid pressure pushes the closure member upwards and the valve opens; when the power is cut off, the spring force closes the pilot hole, the inlet pressure quickly passes through the bypass hole, and the chamber creates a low-to-high pressure differential around the shut-off valve member. Fluid pressure pushes the shut-off member down, closing the valve. Features: The upper limit of the fluid pressure range is high, which can be installed arbitrarily (customized) but must meet the fluid pressure differential conditions. 2. The solenoid valve can be divided into six branches according to the valve structure, material and principle: direct-acting diaphragm structure, stepped direct-acting diaphragm structure, pilot-operated diaphragm structure, direct-acting piston structure, stepped direct-acting Type piston structure, pilot type piston structure. 3. Solenoid valves are classified by function: water solenoid valve, steam solenoid valve, refrigeration solenoid valve, low temperature solenoid valve, gas solenoid valve, fire solenoid valve, ammonia solenoid valve, gas solenoid valve, liquid solenoid valve, micro solenoid valve, pulse solenoid Valve, Hydraulic Solenoid Valve, Normally Open Solenoid Valve, Oil Solenoid Valve, DC Solenoid Valve, High Pressure Solenoid Valve.
